4th Santa (this one was on the train)

This past weekend Laney saw Santa for the 4th time! This time was a bit unique and on the Santa Express Train. Mrs. Claus was there also. We went with some new friends it was so FUN!

Ornaments

It is so fun to see special ornaments on the tree. Some from Hawaii, some made by us when we were just kids ourselves, some from our 1st year as a dating couple, some from our 1st year as a married couple, some we got as gifts from special people, some homemade with love but this year we finally added many many more and they touch our hearts in ways we have only dreamt of. They all have to do with the miracle of being a family, the miracle of finally having our daughter home, the miracle Laney Yan Ge. May your holiday season bring many miracles.

New Coat

One of my many favorite words "COAT". Mama has this coat "thing". I have many many coats and we love them all!

3rd Santa

Laney sat on her 3rd Santa's lap on Tuesday. Wow busy little girl! I still think Santa # 1 looked the best. Also here are some more photos from our Tuesday day of fun.

More Holiday Party Fun

The post below with Laney's 2nd Santa visit was last weekend at an adoption Holiday party. Here are some more photos from the day. Laney got a snowflake face painting on her cheek, she drew pictures with crayons (one of her many favorite words is DRAW) and she ate her NANA (aka banana) and her pasta and had a fun time seeing Santa and many adoption friends.

1st Santa

Waiting in line for Santa and then...................totally fine on his lap!!! This was Laney's 1st Santa but we have many more different visits planned for this month. Soooooo much fun!

New Angel

Well we do have a new angel in our lives this year so it only seems fitting that we add a new angel to our tree top! I love it!!!!! Now I am on the hunt for a tree skirt to match?

Cutie

I see my 1st tree all lit up

This was Laney as she woke up last week from nap and saw her 1st Christmas tree all lit up with lights and decorations. She sat next to it on her chair and drank her milk and just stared at it for a bit.

tree is going up up up

These pictures are about a week old they are from when we were getting the tree in the house and up. Laney kept marching around the tree saying tree up up up, tree up up up.

Lights, on, on, on

Also a photo from a over a week ago but we had a nice day and headed outside to hang the lights on the house. Now when we come home and the house is lit up Laney smiles and says ON, ON, ON.
