Gung Hay Fat Choy (aka Happy New Year)!

The Chinese welcome this new Lunar Year on January 26th.
2009 is year of the Ox. 2008 was year of the Rat.
So we feel we would be correct in saying our daughter was born in the year of the RAT (2008) and she will be in our arms and come home in the year of the OX (2009).
Missing you baby today on this Chinese New Year and everyday!

(Ni Hao – Hello in Chinese),
I hope you all get to see my picture in March or April 2009 and I hope Mama & Poppy come to China to bring me home in May, until then Thank you (Shay Shay – Thank you in Chinese) for visiting our new blog.
