WOW today our baby girl grows up a little more! 14 months old and be still our hearts this baby girl is AMAZING! Everyday is precious and we are head over heels in love. 15 months take your time because we are enjoying every minute.

Well we did have a super Sunday! It was our adoption agencies annual summer picnic at a park which is an amusement park, a water park, picnic area, beach area, fun games and so much more. We got to see friends who met our girl for the first time and it was great. We all enjoyed our day together as families! Finally we were able to attend an adoption picnic with our precious daughter!

One month ago

One month ago was our Gotcha Day, Our Family Day! The day we held our baby girl in our arms. I look at the pictures of that moment, of that day and I cry tears of joy all over again. After far to many years of waiting, one month ago today we felt the joy we had always dreamt of as our daughter was handed to us. (p.s. Poppy you rock at capturing that moment!)

ANSWER - Approximately one thousand three hundred and fifty pictures and lots and lots and lots of video too! WOW!!!

Errands will never be the same

Well, Poppy is back to work and I realize that errands will now never be the same. We have seen lots and lots of rain since coming home from China and I gotta tell you just running into the store to pick up a couple of things with him in the car with Laney was a blessing. BC (before children) I used to make a stop at this store for 1 thing and that store for 2 things and the 3rd store for 10 things. WOW Wake up call not so easy with a 13 month old. We miss Poppy already for so many reasons. I was a bit weepy today as our all day & night family time came to an end. SNIFF SNIFF
